Request account deletion
Use this form to ask us to delete your Mullahc account (user, merchant or agent) and its personal data.
Before you continue
- Withdraw your wallet and escrow balances first; open escrows and pending payments must be completed.
- Deletion is permanent: you lose your transaction history, wallets and referral rewards.
- We keep records we are legally required to (for example transaction and KYC records) for the period the law requires, then delete them.
- We verify every request with you from your registered email or phone before deleting anything.
