Which currencies can I hold?
Wallets are available in Kenyan shilling (KES), Nigerian naira (NGN), Ghanaian cedi (GHS), Ugandan shilling (UGX) and Tanzanian shilling (TZS). Your main wallet follows the country you chose when you signed up.
Can I change my country later?
No. Your country is locked once your account is set up, because it decides your wallet currency and the services you can use. Contact support if it was set incorrectly.
How do I add money?
Choose Add Money, pick M-Pesa or mobile money, enter your number and approve the prompt on your phone. Fees and limits are shown before you pay.
Is crypto supported in the wallet?
No. Wallets hold local currency only. USDT and USDC are used in the Escrow Marketplace, which is available in more countries.
