How long does a withdrawal take?
Most mobile money payouts complete within a few minutes. Occasionally a withdrawal is reviewed by our team first; it then shows as pending until approved.
What if the payout fails?
The amount and fee go straight back to your wallet, and the reason is shown in your history.
Can I withdraw to another person's number?
Use a number registered in your name. To pay someone else, send them money on Mullahc.
