Prohibited Items & Acceptable Use

You can buy and sell almost anything with Mullahc escrow. To keep users safe and follow the law, the following may not be listed, sold or paid for through Mullahc:

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives and their parts, unless the seller and buyer are licensed and the sale is lawful where both are
• Stolen goods, or vehicles, land or property without valid ownership documents
• Counterfeit or pirated goods, and anything that infringes someone else's rights
• Hacked, stolen or shared accounts and personal data
• Human remains, protected wildlife and products made from them
• Adult content involving minors, or any service involving exploitation
• Gambling, pyramid or investment schemes promising returns
• Anything else that is illegal where the buyer or seller is

Acceptable use

Do not use Mullahc to launder money, hide where money comes from, evade sanctions, or defraud other users. Do not create fake listings, inflate prices with linked accounts, or pressure anyone to trade outside escrow.

What we do

Mullahc may remove listings, freeze escrows, hold funds while we investigate, close accounts and report activity to the authorities where the law requires it. Report a listing or user from the escrow chat (write @admin) or at mullahc.com/contact.
