AML & KYC Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Mullahc is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud. This policy explains what we ask of users and why.

1. Identity verification (KYC)

Before you can move money, you verify your identity with a valid government ID and a live selfie through our verification partner. We may ask for more information, such as proof of address or the source of funds, for larger amounts or unusual activity.

2. One person, one account

Each account belongs to one verified person, with a unique phone number. Accounts may not be shared, sold or operated for someone else.

3. Monitoring

We monitor transactions for patterns linked to fraud or money laundering. Escrow funds keep their form: money paid in as USDT / USDC is paid out as USDT / USDC, and the escrow wallet is kept separate from the Mullahc wallet.

4. Holds and reporting

We may delay, hold or refuse a transaction, freeze funds and close an account where we suspect a breach of this policy or the law, and we report to the relevant authorities where required. We may not be allowed to tell you about a report.

5. Record keeping

We keep verification and transaction records for as long as the law requires, as described in our Privacy Policy.
